Today I have been charged 5 times for my BT sport pass, I should have only been charged 1 payment of £25 but have had £125 taken from my account. I've read this has happened to others too and is a massive inconvenience.
I have received three additional subscription charges today for BT Sport subscription. I froze my account which stopped a fourth charge landing.
I understand from my bank that they are awaiting BT making a formal request for the funds. Will these additional charges be cancelled?

As I previously mentioned we're aware that some customers have experienced problems with BT Sport Monthly pass payments this morning. We have resolved the technical issue and have cancelled all incorrect payment requests. We are contacting all customers who have been affected and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. I've dropped you all a message now so you can get in touch.
