Just noticed they have doubled the price of my BT Sport so rung up

and they agreed to

keep

the price the same. But when I got the email confirmation they have recontracted me which I didn’t want

So you had a contract that gave you a discount, the contract expired so the discount was removed, so you called up to get a discount back which was given but re-contracted you as part of the process, but you don't want a new contract, just the discount?

What would you like most, BT Sport with a discount but a new contract or no contract and no discount? 

You can get the monthly pass without a contract for £25 per month.

If you want a discount, you have to re-contract.
