I've been trying for 2 days and on multiple occasions to order BT TV.
Existing broadband customer.
I get all the way through the process of picking the service and add-ons only to be directed to a page stating "We're sorry. Please login to see our tv offers".
Well, I'm already logged in to BT, seen the offers and already chosen the package.
Any idea what's going on here? It's happening continuously.
Try calling 0800800150 and speak with the Loyalty or Value team, online deals for BT TV will be available over the phone.
Ask if they can see any reason why you can't order online, do you have FTTP with Future Voice (FVA) ? the bt.com website doesn't like Future Voice much and as it's a lagacy product it most likely won't get a fix anytime soon.
