Hi,
I switched broadband and landline providers from BT to Sky and the switch was completed on 14th March. However, I have just been sent an email saying that BT have closed the landline but are switching me over to a broadband only package. So they're continuing to charge me for broadband even though I no longer receive BT broadband in my house. Can anyone help?
