Hi,
For over 6 months now BT have been emailing the incorrect email address with my account information.
Updates on orders, engineers etc are all going to this wrong email address and are not being sent to the account holder email address.
I've been onto live chat 4 times now about this and each time they tell me it is resolved. Each time after emails continue to go to someone else, luckily they have been forwarding these email onto me.
I've checked my account and the correct email address is listed there but still updates are sent to another address.
How can I fix this?

I have the same problem with bills and BT correspondence going to the wrong email address. I have checked my profile and my account email is correct, but everything from BT goes to one of my other email accounts.
