My full fibre 900mbps broadband is stuck at the activation stage. I have called CS thrice and each time a different advisor has different things to say. Totally fed up. I run a business from home and already had to cancel a client.
The activation date was yesterday and CS said it will be done by midnight. Nothing happened and when I called this morning and again this evening I am now being told there is an 'exception' on the line take over from Zen fibre. Not sure what that means but I am stuck with a dud router with no connection having to purchase a dongle to get by which is no way sufficient for my needs.
I am seriously having doubts about continuing with BT.
Is there any way I can escalate as every day passes, I lose business.
