BT have closed my whole account down without my permission, i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never missed a bill. No WIFI or phone. I rely on WIFI to work from home and i have had to take the day off meaning i’ve earned £0 today during a cost of living crisis because of their mistake.
I called them up and asked them why they shut everything, there response was someone called and closed the account down but i never called and only I have access to the account so how does that work? They accepted the mistake and turned the phone line and BT sport back on (Last week). This week they’ve shut the WIFI down and i have no idea why? I have called 4 times with a response of a manager will call me back since yesterday and still no luck. They have closed my account down and it’s their mistake so why am i being impacted? If it was the other way round i would be charged etc. I’m getting no help and quite frankly the company is useless.
