BT homehub return

Hi all,

I left BT 2 months ago and they sent me a bag for me to return  my hub in.

I returned it, got a receipt however I have lost it unfortunately.

It's been a month since my return and it still shows on my profile that BT have not recieved the package. 

Is there anything that I can do? I dont want to be charged for an item that I have returned.
