BT internet accounts

I have 2 bt accounts and want to be able to toggle on the same screen without having to go into each one and open and close them separately, can any help me with this please

Can I just check, when you say it is BT Internet accounts, do you mean email accounts or is it My BT accounts that you are trying to manage?
