Hi,
In April I was out of contract and phoned up to close my BT account (Phone, internet & fixed IP).
I was told this was fine, I would need to pay one more month and I could finish with BT. I signed a termination contract with BT on 28th April.
Since then I have received a bill every month. Every month I have had to spend hours on the phone getting the bills cancelled. For some reason the cancellation orders fail.
How do I sort this out?

As you had a fixed IP address, I assume you are a BT Business customer, is that correct?
BT Residential do not offer fixed IP addresses.
