I have installed BT mobile application but when I login and try to see my online bill to pay etc then it's not showing or display any information about bills. But an error pop up always "sorry we something went wrong, we can't provide details" etc
Then couple of times I called the help line number and BT agents talked to me and I told them about this possible IT technical glitch and everytime I were promised that they have noted it down and their IT department will fix IT and I will be able to see my bills in order to pay in time. But that never fixed. And always I get text message that my payment is due.
So please tell me WHY YOUR CUST9MER SERVUCE couldn't address the issue yet? It's really annoying and disturbing. AND IT COULD END UP AS DISCONNECT BT SERVICE and you can lose your customer too.
