BT have charged me over £1500 over the course of 2 years for services that don’t exist. They have accepted that the account is dormant and that they have mistakenly taken the amount from my bank account but now won’t refund in full. They have offered to refund just over £200 even though they have taken over £1500. They have not escalated my complaint and I don’t really want to gown the legal route as I’m sure the issue can be resolved easily without the need for legal action.
can anyone help. Suggestions will be appreciated
has anyone had similar issue? and if so how did you resolve it?
