So i did the BT refer a friend but i started it on my personal email address but my bt.com is linked to my work email but then seen it had to be my bt.com email so restarted the process and completed it on my work email but i havent yet had my voucher which was nearly 2 months ago.

I am sorry for the problems you're having with the Refer a Friend offer and for the delay receiving the vouchers. When you started the journey to refer your friend, did you get an email to confirm that the registration for the offer was successful? This email would be sent to both yourself, and your friend who you referred.
