I have ordered my broadband package through BT on 21/4 my service started on 9/5/23. on 24/4 I received an email notifying me that my 110GBP reward card was ready to claim, nothing was showing in my account.Then, again I got a reminder about the digital reward card on 1/5-still nothing showing in my account. the only massage coming up after I log in is' there is nothing to claim' where there clearly should be. Could you please chase it up fo rme? many thanks
