BT reward claim

Obviously I'm not the first to ask but few actual answers appear online...having eventually found my way to a page that says I can claim my reward, it gives me a nice green box saying it's ordered and then continues to show it unclaimed. have done this a couple of times.  purecard say they haven't received the order. please would someone get in touch?

try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and they should be able to help you
