I was told about BT reward card during renewal and nothing so far. BT kept telling contact Reward team and reward team kept telling contact BT as there is no order.
Raised a complaint which no one bothered to reply even after 1 week.
Is there a way I can cancel my contract without any penalty?

Hi @slyadlapalli Thanks for posting, I'm really sorry to see you've had difficulty getting your reward card. Have you claimed it by logging into your MyBT account with your BT ID details?
