Check the order again, Fibre 2 can still be FTTP. It will be described as Full Fibre 2.

It was described as Broadband Fibre 2 74/20 DL/UL respectively.

Those speeds certainly sound like FTTC/VDSL.  Are you sure full fibre (fttp) is available?  This site will tell you

I have no idea why anybody would want to stay on ADSL if FTTP is available.
