Hi, I claimed me virtual reward card 25/2/26 and last week had an email to day it's on its way but I'm yet to receive it. Does anyone have any idea please as ive called and being passed pillar to post.
Now that you've claimed, you'll receive your reward card within 30 days. There are some steps to follow on our BT Virtual Rewards Cards help page, once the 30 days has elapsed.
