Hi, my full fibre bband has been live for 14 days now but I have not received any info by text or email about claiming my £50 BT Rewards card.

Have you placed your order via a link from a third party website like MSE, broadband choices. etc?

Hi @Jennybee5050, The rewards card offers on bt.com stopped some months back. Was there a delay with your activation and do you remember when you originally placed your order?

The Oder was placed on 19th Sept and activated on 6th October
