Greetings all, and apologies if this is the wrong board,
I had a fault on my FTTC internet a few weeks ago and while the fault was still present I was informed I would receive a mini hub to provide service for me. The following morning (less than 24 hours in) the fault cleared.
I never received the hub.
I now receive emails from BT (which I can't reply to) asking me to return the hub, and I can find no method of raising the issue of being unable to return something I never received. So here I am.
What to do, apart from ignoring the requests?
