We signed up for BT Broadband in September and are still unable to claim our reward card despite numerous calls to BT and contacting bt@purecard as suggested by BT. The reward card link does not take us to any reward card. Is there anyone who can advise us please. Thank you in advance.

I just wanted to let you know that I have claimed for the reward card on your behalf this morning and you'll receive a follow-on email with instructions on how to activate, and use 😊
