I had issues with my bank unknown to me as I've not had access to my emails I did what bt asked paid off my bill and a deposit and I'm supposed to be back live today I got a text asking call connections team but I'm unable to make outgoing calls due to health issues my support worker who does all that is not back until sat and I need my wifi back on asap to have my doorbell on and my epilepsy alarms on. Csn someone please help as I need my wifi back on asap as without it my seizures cant be detected I don't feel able to call myself.

I've tried that and I get a message saying to call bt.
