when i click on my BT from home page all i get is a blank page with access denied.

Can you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies and then try logging into the My BT using this link - My BT | Check Bills & Usage with My BT Account
Does this work for you?
If you are using the BT app, could you try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if this works for you?
