Hi, I'm unable to view my most recent bill. All I'm able to see is the error message which I've attached to this post. I urgently need to be able to download the document as a form of ID. Ive had this error message since early hours this morning. Is there any other way I can download it at all?
Try logging onto to your MyBT using a web browser rather than using the BT app.

It will become available later today or tomorrow at the latest. This happens on the day it's produced
