I have not received an email notification of my billing since 28th March 2023 when contract ended and I reverted to standard charging. But monthly payments are still being taken by direct debit. I thought it was illegal to take direct debit charges without prior notification. Why have the monthly email notifications stopped?
Hi @martyn51 Thanks for posting, I'm really sorry about that. there have been known issues with email notifications being sent to a small number of customers over the last few months. The bills should still be visible in your MyBT account and let you know the date payment is due to be collected.
