Having moved to EE I've had several problems. My main problem is billing. I'm still being billed for a service I've not had since 2nd July. I've tried emailing the consumer resolutions team but I'm just being blocked. I've also spoken to several guides who are going to ring back and don't. Has anybody got any suggestions.

As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
I'm being billed by BT. It's my old BT package.

This seems to be a common problem, judging by other posts on the forum. Some have also been charged cancellation fees if they are still in a BT contract. Its all a total mess.
Yes quite agree, think the problem started with EE not doing what they should've done. I tried emailing the consumer resolutions team but emails get blocked. Hopefully I might have finally sorted it.
