Hi I recently too out a new broadband / phone package and fibre was installed at my home. I Have received the first bill which I simply do not understand as I was expecting to pay approximately £10 less. it is impossible to contact BT unless you hold on the telephone for up to 1 hr. or on the chat line for 40 mins. how can I email my query?

You can not email BT regarding a billing enquiry. You will need to call or use the online chat.
Call BT 0800.800.030 and you may get a faster response than the 0800.800.150 number.
