Can any one tell why BT have to gone pot its taken a month to try and sort my phone out because some dum brain stopped my 700mins and but to call charges i phone them and thay said it was sorted  but thay disconnected me now back on but can,t receive in coming calls just wondered how many think people thay got working for them i been with them 30yrs

not bothered no more  i was told it would be fixed today someone phone today and the engineer can,t fix it for 3 day so when we can leave in June thats will be gone if i can get a better deal for broadband
