Bills - can't see current or previous billing history

Hi, I can't see my current or previous billing history. When I click on the link all I see are products available to me but no bill details. Please can someone help ? Thanks.

Hi, @Julie_C welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if you log in using this MyBT link and click on 'Your bills and usage' do your bills show?

Hi Neil, I do see 'Your bills and usage' but when I click on any of those links I only see 'Your Products' and icons for Broadband, Landline etc. with 'Add now' in all of those icons

@Julie_C If you click 'Your details' then 'Account' does it show the correct account number and that you're the account holder?

All I see is 'Your role on this account' and 'Service User' I don't see any of my account details for some reason

Hi David, I've forgotten my account number so now have to wait until I receive a letter to remind me of it before I can claim to be the account holder by the looks of it. I could previously see my bill and details but left working for Openreach end of July. Since I've left I cannot see any of my details even though I've had the landline for over 20 years.

Lets see how you get on once you get on when you receive the account number. If you're still having problems after that let me know.
