Hi, I can't see my current or previous billing history. When I click on the link all I see are products available to me but no bill details. Please can someone help ? Thanks.
Hi Neil, I do see 'Your bills and usage' but when I click on any of those links I only see 'Your Products' and icons for Broadband, Landline etc. with 'Add now' in all of those icons
@Julie_C If you click 'Your details' then 'Account' does it show the correct account number and that you're the account holder?

All I see is 'Your role on this account' and 'Service User' I don't see any of my account details for some reason
Hi David, I've forgotten my account number so now have to wait until I receive a letter to remind me of it before I can claim to be the account holder by the looks of it. I could previously see my bill and details but left working for Openreach end of July. Since I've left I cannot see any of my details even though I've had the landline for over 20 years.
