Broadband updated plan

Hi, i updated my broadband plan this month and BT charged me one off charge 9.99 and they sent me a disc which i dont needed it as im using my old one. This charged is for activation, instalation and delivery but i not needed it.Can I refund that amount or if I need to replace my disc with new one? Thanks

If you did not ask for and do not need the disc call BT 0800.800.150 and report this to them. Ask for the £9.99to be refunded and a returns bag so that you can send it back.
