Broadband

hi, i had ordered fibre broadband last night, but i didn't receive any confirmation of the order via email or anything, only one to set up a BT ID which when i clicked on to activate it was invalid, I'm just not sure my order has went through or not? can anyone advise?

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
