Bt Virtual Reward Card.

Hi and Happy New Year.

I signed up to BT in November and received a virtual reward card. I have activated it, but it doesn't appear in the rewards. All it shows is a grey rectangle with image not available. I have an email with the number and cvv but no image. I took a screen shot to save it in case the email is accidentally deleted. When will I receive the card image?
