Bt essential

Hi can someone help me at the moment i am on fibre braodband and get anything between 34mbps and 36mbps but last week got 44mbps - if i switch to bt essential as im on benefits will they slow down my line and could i still get 44mbps as they are estimating on essential i will get 30-36mbps - my main question like i said is will they touch my line or will it stay as it is and just the billing adjusted ?

Re: Bt essential

if you qualify for BT Essential then should be a simple switch.  you will get as good a speed as your line can handle
