Hello the package I have signed up to offered a reward card to claim I've had emails about this from bt telling me I can claim a reward card I've contacted BT customer support numerous times regarding this what it is when I click the link then try to claim the reward it's not showing up? I've just about had enough of being messed around by people who are clearly incompetent and useless and don't have a slight clue what they are doing to a customer on a phone to them it's infuriating being promised such a thing by customer service if you can call it that then nothing after it at this moment in time it just seems to me the BT reward card offer is completely pointless and seems trick into getting people to sign up I had my services installed on the 19th so I'm well within the time frame to cancel and change to another provider if I wanted to if I decide to

Why would any supplier allow a reward card to be claimed whilst still in the cooling-off period? Good route to bankcruptcy I would have thought with everyone claiming a reward and then cancelling.
