My broadband has been active since the 6th of August when I signed up via uswitch there was a reward card incentive after finishing my cooling off period I still can't find my reward card or even start a claim after talking to bt customer services I was told there's nothing they can do I have to talk to the 3rd party after talking to the 3rd party I was told its a bt product that's offered and funded by bt so they can't help me where do I stand on my reward as it was a massive part of why I joined bt
