Bt rewards card

Good morning, 

I claimed my £175 bt rewards card on the 17th march I got a text message on 4th of April saying that my cards on its way and I would receive instructions soon.

I contacted bt and pure card who just keep passing me back and forth to each other and I apparently have no account for a card?

Please help.

@Rainmum92  Your problem is one that has been going on for around a year now, in face, there’s a super thread on the subject. The only way you’ll get help with this, is if a forum Moderator sees your post and offers to help. You just have to wait and be patient.
