I am trying to regain my Call Protect which I lost when BT moved MYBT over to EE. Following instruction I have tried to obtain a new BTID as I understand I can then get Call Protect again. but my new account number is not being recognised. Can anyone help - thanks
If you are now with EE, you need to post on their forum for help.
