Call Protect
I am trying to regain my Call Protect which I lost when BT moved MYBT over to EE. Following instruction I have tried to obtain a new BTID as I understand I can then get Call Protect again. but my new account number is not being recognised. Can anyone help - thanks

Hi @Ladycarole006 You now need to manage your call protect and other calling features using the MyEE website or MyEE app. Call Protect | Home Phone Help | EE
