Can't claim BT reward card - Service is live

Hi

My service went live today, I keep getting texts and emails reminding me to claim my reward card, but when I click to login in myBT account, the account screen is completely blank?

Any ideas?

Despite it saying it's been claimed, I've yet to receive the email re the BT reward card.

Can you check please, thanks

Hi @vastem84,

Thank you for posting. The Reward Card is sent out after the 14 days cooling off period so 14 days after activation. If you service was activated on the 3rd then that would make today day 13.

So you should receive the email in the next day or two.
