Can't claim BT reward card

Hi,

I'm not able to claim my reward card as it appears blank. I believe this is due to having old accounts, from what I’ve read.

Could anyone possibly help?

Hi @Rich78, sorry you can't claim your reward card. Get in touch by using the 'Message now' option on this page Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will be able to claim this for you.
