Can't claim my reward

I have a reward to claim as part of my new package but all the links keep taking me round in circles. Clicking on the claim reward link takes me to my bt id login which then just takes me to the homepage again and I can't find the page anywhere to claim the reward card. 

help!

Hi @claire22814 Thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems claiming the reward card. Please clear your browser cookies and cache then try to log in using this link to claim your reward card? Let me know if that helps.
