Can't claim rewards card

Just rejoined BT and had a confirmation text through saying rewards card could now be claimed. However when i log in there are 2 accounts listed, an old account from when i was with BT years back and the new one. I select the new account and no rewards are showing. Indeed the page doesn't seem to load properly. Can someone please help.

Thanks for your post and welcome back.

Sorry for the problems you've had claiming for the reward card.  I understand that there are two accounts listed when you log in to your BTID.  We are extremely busy at the moment, so to get this resolved faster, give our guides in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150.
