Every time I try to log in to Mybt I get the message telling me my email, user name or password is incorrect, I have tried a few times to change my details to no avail.

Hi, @crazysnap60 was that just for the password or did you choose the forgotten BT ID username option? I have a feeling you might be using the wrong BT ID.

That was my thoughts but I can't remember my original BT id, BT are sending out a letter stating this in the next few days so I will see where that gets me.
@crazysnap60 Have you previously used a different email address as it's likely to be that?
The link in my last post can help with forgotten BT IDs, if that doesn't work you'll need to wait for the reminder letter.
