I'm experiencing an issue that I believe is pretty common. Two years ago, I bought some Game Pass activation codes from a key reseller website (ENEBA). I've been using Game Pass Ultimate on my Xbox during this time, and in my subscriptions profile, it shows up as being purchased through BT/EE.
My subscription expired today, but it is still showing as active on my profile. I can't cancel or remove it because I've never actually had a contract with BT and I am not a customer of theirs.
Could a moderator or someone please help me get this subscription completely canceled or removed?
