Can't remove BT/EE Game Pass subscription (Not a BT customer) - Please Help

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue that I believe is pretty common. Two years ago, I bought some Game Pass activation codes from a key reseller website (ENEBA). I've been using Game Pass Ultimate on my Xbox during this time, and in my subscriptions profile, it shows up as being purchased through BT/EE.

My subscription expired today, but it is still showing as active on my profile. I can't cancel or remove it because I've never actually had a contract with BT and I am not a customer of theirs.

Could a moderator or someone please help me get this subscription completely canceled or removed?

the forum mods do not have account access so you need to contact CS 03301234150 but without being a BT customer and have account number it is going to be difficult  CS 03301234150
