Can't see option to claim BT card

Hi there,

I recently ordered BT broadband and have received several texts and emails asking me to claim my free £50 reward.

Whenever I try to follow the link to claim... it just takes me to the my BT homepage with no further option to try and claim the reward.

Please can someone look into this?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

You need to wait 14 days after your service has been activated, before a claim can be processed.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.
