I've seen multiple instances of this being solved for other people, but essentially my Xbox Game Pass ultimate (GPU) from BT expired yesterday 11/09/23 and my subscription on Xbox.com shows as still managed my BT. I'm not able to add new codes on my Xbox account as my account still shows as managed by BT/EE, which it shouldn't be.
I have tried a new GPU 1 month code but I get the following error.
'Contact your subscription provider This cannot be used with an existing subscription.
