Old and new account

Hello everyone,

 

Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

I am having trouble with viewing my new account because my old account/old subscription (which nothing is owed) takes over when I log in and I have just ordered broadband and I want to see the new stuff not the old. Can anyone tell me how to do this please?
