Hi,
My Xbox Game Pass ultimate from BT expired yesterday 07/10/23 and my subscription on Xbox.com shows as still managed by BT. I'm not able to add new codes on my Xbox account as my account still shows as managed by BT/EE, which it shouldn't be.
I have tried a new Game Pass Ultimate 1 month code but I get the following error.
'Contact your subscription provider This cannot be used with an existing subscription.
PUR-ConversionBlockedSyndicated'
I have seen other posts of people having the same problem and some seemed to have got the issue resolved.
